This one from Cutolli, near Ajaccio.
July 30th 2008. It struck me as rather smallish for a Cylindromyia.

Given the wing venation, it looks like a female pusilla

Yes, look at the last C. pusilla. I totally missed it !
Then I learned the angular wing venation is quite typical for pusilla.
Then this one was easy.

Cylindromyia is a difficult genus, especially (in Europe) the brassicaria-complex.
