Southern Norway June 12th. About 25-30mm long, plus antenna. Correct ID?

It's working now - perhaps the fotki.com site was unavailable to me for a while. Nevermind - it certainly looks like Rhyssa - the black & white pattern and the transverse ridges on the mesonotum are quite distinctive Smile
