I think it is Chironomidae.

Hi Pierre, I totally agree with Nikita. These specimens are a male (upper one) and female of the family Chironomidae. I hope for you that some other forum member will be able to tell you the genus, but don't be surprised if that would not be the case. Jan Willem |
