Here's one for Theo, and other tabanid fans, it is common for a number of months in the riverine forest. And as it is not in the set specimens Theo sent me I am hoping it is doable from this photo, if not I am going back to the woods with a group of bird watchers today and I will try for a better photo, or at least a diferent view. OK, if it can't be determined from a photo I will have to send Theo some samples to have a close look at. When I have a moment to spare which won't be this week or next week. Gordon |
