Hi Andre, corollae was also my first impression, but i think the spots do not reach the side margin. Perhaps i see it wrong. Thank you for the anser. Regards Urs |

It's a variation that happens in corollae, especially in the females. Other characters are the yellow hairs on scutellum (luniger has black hairs intermingled) and the rather straight front line of the black mark on the frons (not with a V or Y shape into the yellow). Also, the apex of the anal vein is a little curved. This is not always easy to see, but in this specimen rather clear. But you need to see it next to a species like luniger. |
