Small empidid. maybe Anthepiscopus/Iteaphila? (Rhamphomyia it is)

Thankful for any help with this empidid, body length 4 mm. From our garden in SW sweden today.

The mouthparts look wrong for Iteaphila and the fly overall more resembles Rhamphomyia.

The Nearctic and European Empididae are similar. Try the illustrated Nearctic guide at https://cjai.biol...es/sbc-48/.
