I cannot find a clue as to the affiliation of this fly to a family. Arista with many short hairs (so, no Drosophila-family member), and it has vibrissae (so, no lauxaniidae). Four rows of acrostichals. So, which family and genus this fly may belong to?
I found it on UV illuminated sheet at night in the Netherlands,

My general impression is Anthomyzidae.
Best wishes, Niels-Jan Dek

Thanks, Niels-Jan! I think it is a Stiphrosoma or related species: I saw the posteroventral ctenidial spine on fore femur, as depicted in https://www.eje.cz/pdfs/eje/1996/01/11.pdf.
