 small Phorid associated with leaf mine?

I raised an Agromyzid from a small fragment of a Borago leaf (Vienna, July). However, there was also a phorid in the vial - can it be further IDed? I wonder how it got there, whether it was developing in the plant as well (no other organic material was in the vial)
