Wow! A Tephritid! And from the tribe..., I believe Schistopterini. The smallest species knwon within the Tephritidae, and to my opinion teh most beautiful! Unfrotunately they do not occur in the western Palearctic, I only know they are abundant in the Afrotropics, Oreintal, Oceanic and Austalian regions. They're hard to identify.
