All black with closed cell r5 usually means Pollenia atramentaria. |

Basically yes, but P. amentaria should have 5 to 6 pairs of scutellar marginal bristles while Victor's fly has only 3? Possibly Pollenia venturii (katepisternum with black hairs?) or P. atramentaria (wing ventrally on vein Sc pale hairs like P. pediculata?) Both characters are not visible.
