Small black fly? (Ischiolepta pusilla)

Any ideas about this small fly (around 2 mm) with 9 tubercles/spines apically on skutellum. From a grasscompost in our garden, SW Sweden, yesterday.

Many thanks! In Pitkin (1988) it ends up in I. pusilla.
