Upon opening mite-induced walnut galls (Aceria tristriata) several of these larvae turned up (one per gall). My first thought was Cecidomyiidae - what do you think (also, whether diptera larva at all...) Cheers, Lorin Font Color All requests are from the urban area of Vienna, if not otherwise stated.
