This small fly walked over the water surface of my garden pond (NL). I found the green eyes and yellow metatarsi (leg 2 and 3) striking. Can anybody help me to determine the species or at least family?
Thanks!

I never considered my garden pond to be a shore. I adapt the thread, however.
