Hello, In the south of France on 14 December 2022, a Syrphidae larva fed on a Lepidoptera caterpillar. I kept the whole thing in a rearing cage that I found today, with the dried caterpillar, the pupa of the Diptera and the dead male imago. Length of the larva: 15 mm Length of the imago: 12 mm Thank you for your advice Liliane D attached the following image: [258.2Kb] Edited by Liliane D on 03-05-2023 16:29 |
