Muscoidea, probably Fannia. I would wish the fly to be pictured at least as well as the personÅ› skin around it. Still, Fannia are often undeterminable to species even in good pics.

I'm a bit confused by the information I found. According to this website Fannia sp. belongs to Fannidae. Would you mind letting me know what you think, please?

Muscoidea is a superfamily including the family Fanniidae.

Another possibility is Egle (Anthomyiidae) - which has a projecting mouth margin (as do some Fannia), and is common in the Spring, feeding on Salix catkins.
