Hi, Culex is correct, I think: the basal bands plus white triangles on the sides of the tergites. Unfortunately the fore femur hides the prealar scales - so it could be C. pipiens (without) or torrentium (with scales).

Yes, I think it helps (but I'm still learning...):

The prealar area has no scales and I'm quite sure it's Culex pipiens.
