Most likely Melanostoma scalare female. Next time please mention time and place of capture..  |

Sorry Andre, you're quite right. All my photos are in any case taken near Rome, Italy (unless I specify otherwise) and it was taken the day I posted it. I did think of Melanostoma scalare as I have a similar photo in my archives which resembles it greatly. Thanks and I'll remember to always include the details in future,  Sarah |
