No stripes on the wings (not amoena)
Frons & Scutum predominantly yellowish
Is that a milky wing-tip?

Collected in a banana/yeast bait in Woodland in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK 06Jun2022

Apparently one of the pair distincta/fuscimana. A very good picture of oviscapt could help, but this organ is apparently partly involuted.
