Hello,

Germany, Saarland, Bexbach, Garden, Absolute Altitude 250 m, 29.05.2022
Is this Micropeza corrigiolata? I am unsure because the legs are very dark.

Greetings, Volker

Broad white posterior margins of abdominal segments suggest M. cingulata. This species has yellow 1st and 2nd antennal segments. I cannot recognize it. If you see such coloured antennae, you can name the fly as M. cingulata.

Hi libor,

I have enlarged the picture of the head. Can you see anything? Arista is white.

Greetings, Volker
