Searching for the species of an Empis

Hello,

I saw this Empis recently (the 12 of May) in Villeneuve-d'Ascq (North of France). While looking a lot of photos I did not find the species of the insect. Would it be possible to have an help about it from my photos ?

Good morning,
I wonder why I have not any answer about this insect. Is this one not interesting ? Is this one not well known ? Are my photos not precise enough to allow an identification ? Thank you very mauch for an help.
