Found this on my house wall today 19th March 2022.

Mid Norway

When I was looking in the stereomicroscope the palps didn't look pale at all, but on the pics they seem a bit pale.

Is it possible to tell if it is L. surturi or quadrata?

This is Limnellia quadrata. The intense black spots attached to vein R4+5 are diagnostic. The palp colour is sometimes difficult to determine.
