Could this be the mine of Phytomyza ranunculi alternative Phytomyza ranunculivora? Is it possible to determine? On Ranunculus sp. in vet spruce forrest. 4.09.2021 north of Uppsala, Sweden.

Yes, this is Phytomyza ranunculi.

The frass in ranunculi is very closely spaced, as in your image. In ranunculivora, the frass is much more widely spaced.
