Germany, Saxony on a meadow inbetween gardens and a park, 6th August 2021

Hi,
is this approx. 20 - 25 mm wasp a female of Amblyjoppa proteus?
The host species Deilephila elpenor I have already found in the surrounding area.

Greetings, Marion

Hallo Marion, quite sure you are right: it's a female (legs III black, antenna white ring) Amblyjoppa proteus (Ichneumoninae): 22-26 mm, wing-tips darkened...
Parasitoid of Deilephila elpenor.
