Female Billaea maritima, I think.

Thanks, Eric!
Any chance it's B. triangulifera?

Hi Armen, I don't think so. B. maritima I've checked with Cerretti (2010): I tachinidi della fauna italiana.
It reads there that maritima's lateral presutural bands are subrectangular and the median band is hardly visible. Also, tergite 3 is usually without median marginals. And in my own experience the abdominal pattern of B. triangulifera differs conspiciously from maritima's pattern. I include an image of a female B. triangulifera.

Well, the black triangles only show up in hind view and I see clearly one in the last pic, so I'd prefer triangulifera.
