Even nicer, because evidently it is Histeromerus canadensis!

It keys out quite nicely using van Achterberg's revision of the genus. Apparently only known from the Netherlands outside the Nearctic region.

length of fore wing 1.8-2.6 mm, exceptionally 3.1 mm; propleuron yellowish
