I photographed this Asilidae in southern Morocco
Souss Massa National Park on 05/09/2020
Size about 10mm in length
Is it possible that it is
Pycnopogon

This is something much more interesting - genus Sisyrnodytes. At least two species are known from Morocco: S. leucophaetus and S. nilicola.
