Sochi, 14 nov, forest.
Large size (6-7mm) and yellow abdomen give my some hopes for ID.

Could well be a species of Crumomyia. Often still about even in winter and usually found on/near dung.

To tell you truth, it was exactly in 10cm from dung. Never dreamed that I become regarding such places as attractive:D.
