* date - 2007.11.15
* size - 7 mm (medium fly)
* habitat - near lake
* substrate -

At least, i'm sure that this is Tephritoidea. :)

Subcosta is bent forward at a straight angle. Might be Tephritidae.

yep. Nikita is right. This is almost sure a Pyrgotidae. It seems a Pyrgota sp.
