Wellcome Sandra.

Thanks Nikita.
I?m just starting identification and for me it's hard to see the difference between the two.
Is it possible to further identify, or can't it be done only based on pictures? I'll attach some more.

Sandra,
1. Difference between Muscidae and Anthomyiidae in most cases are invisible on photo (one needs collected fly and microscop).
2. It is Anthomyiid by "jizz" (=general impression)
3. In most cases farther Anthomyiidae images ID are impossible.
4. I'd say that in your case it is possible - arista long plumose + lower squama large - Hydrophoria, I think it is - male H.cf. lancifer
