Difficult. First impression based on wing venation is a Blondeliini, however, there are 4 post DC which is rarely seen in Blondeliini. So could very well be some Eryciini / Goniini.

So, I am pretty sure this is Erythocera nigripes.
A species I have only found once ... .in Poland !
