I'm sure it is anthomyiidae (but don't ask why :)). No idea of the genus though, it is one of the small grey jobs.

Kahis perhaps you are right.
I don't remember where I have read that Anthomyiidae have "spines on C veins" ( not good saying, this too :D) I just hope you understand.
If my reading is good, Jean Claude fly is not Anthomyiidae
