Hi Lorin, most probably it's Cacopsylla (Thamnopsylla) pulchella (Löw, 1877).
Is there any Cercis siliquastrum nearby? fauna-eu.org says it's absent in Austria, but it's an invasive species.

Greetings, Eric

Thanks, Eric, very fascinating.
Not that I know of, but it was found in a park, so there might be one nearby.
