Hi,
I think the tibiae color points toward the pair
Tolmerus cingulatus /
Tolmerus cowini.

Femur 1 appear very dark, so it must be Tolmerus cowini

Strange little Tolmerus, cowini has bright red ring just before the apex of the front femur. It is not there. I dare not agree or disagree...
