Dear all,
this Tachinidae we found in La Paz on 13.10.2019 at an elevation of roughly 3800m. Thanks for the help.

I can't tell from this angle. There are a lot of bristly Tachinidae in the mountains of South America, mostly in subfamily Tachininae. The bristled sternites may be a clue. If the tergites have bristles next to sternites consider
Hystricia but these bristles appear to be on the sternites.

It turns out many South American Tachinini have spiny sternites, and your fly is likely in that tribe.
