A little bit over 5 mm. side view specimen is almost black, nevertheless from the top its abdomen looks light brown. Wings are of the same colour. I found several species "resting" on nettles in a woodmarshland near the sea side.
Photo taken this same afternoon in Corujo-Vigo (Spain)

Reminds me of Minettia longipennis, but not sure. Have you got once again a dorsal view ? ;)

Got this shot of another specimen which looked to me to have a severe injury in the scutum. Wasnt able to get much more sharpness on the body this time. Hope it helps.

This last pict seems to be good candidate for M. longipennis to me. If Kahis doesn't disagree...

PS : as a rule of thumb, this angle of view is better for ID than a strictly lateral view. Here we can see dorsum, wing venation, legs, frons etc. in only one shot. Perhaps less aesthetic, but so more practical ! ;)
