Hi,
I found this pupa in the nest of Robin. Among many pupas of Calliphora azurea, I found one like this. It seems the larvae went to go to pupa to someones (another fly?) body.

And last one, the body remnant with pupa inside.

The double row of slightly different sized spines on each segment suggests to me that the fly pupariated in a portion of Lepidoptera pupal abdomen (possibly Tortricidae), presumably a discarded prey item.

Thanks Tony but I am more interested to identify the fly (family would be enough). Any suggestions?
