Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, forest Klövensteen, way at the edge of a mixed forest; Outsidephotos: kuv.
Is my idea - after looking in the Diptera Gallery - ok? Please help to get the ID.

Indeed A. silvestris and from what I can see, it seems female to me.
