I have observed this wasp in IJsselmuiden (NL). On a Dutch forum it was suggested that it might be a Patrocloides diasemae. This seems to be rare in the Netherlands. Is someone here who can confirm this kind (or can improve?)?

It doesn't seem to agree with the description of Patrocloides diasemae. It looks more like a male Stenichneumon culpator.
