I hope that with this one I can have more luck than in the last Hymenoptera that I've posted here...

Same day an place than the other: last Sunday, Juslibol, Aragon, Spain, continental mediterranean climate, between river forest and field-lands, in Foeniculum vulgare flowers, size: 6-7 mm. Very long antennae.

Just guessing ... Braconidae (male), from the overall rounded shape and smokey wings.

Thanks Chirs! if it's Braconidae I suppose that it's impossible to identify...
