Berlin - June 2018

I am far too tired now to spend hours seeking a genus or species. I am hoping for some help.
I've had a very long and tiring day.

Thank you for your time.

Thank you very much, Reinoud. I truly appreciate you.

I am growing fond of Asilidae. They are very interesting creatures.
I am sorry for not searching harder but i am very tired. I want to relax a bit before bed.
I noticed that it looks similar to Dioctria but i have zero experience with this genus. Plus, i am not very knowledgeable with Asilidae in general. I didn't know if i was even going in the right direction. I am happy that you confirm the genus but i am verry happy to know the species. I will read more about it tomorrow.

I hope that you have a pleasant night :)

edit: i will check the gallery tomorrow to see if we need some additional photos.
