This strange tiny Hymenoptera was laying eggs in the stems of Arundo donax last Monday in Juslibol, Aragon, Spain, between river forest (Populus, Fraxinus) and cultivated fields. 200 meters high, continental mediterranenan climate. Size of the wasp: about 5 mm long.
