Hello
Caught in NE of France (57920 Distroff), the 25/03/2018, lenght body 4 to 5 mm, wings 4 mm, I think it's a species of Muscidae family perhaps a Phaonia species ?

thank you for your help
Louis

The lateral view shows that the anal vein extends to the wing margin, so I'd say this was Anthomyiidae

Thank you Tony for your answer
It's a male of Delia species perhaps D. radicum ?
I add a lateral view of the pronotum and hind leg

Thank you
Louis
