Looks like a psocid - basically a winged 'book-louse'

Yes, Psocoptera, Psocidae and very probably Graphopsocus cruciatus.

I agree with Isidro, it is
Graphopsocus cruciatus. However it doesn't belong to the family Psocidae, but to the family Stenopsocidae.
