Hi.
i found larvae on an aspen leaf?
Finland Kokkola 5 Juli 2017.
Size 9-10mm.

Lepidoptera. Larvae of Diptera do not have jointed legs. Many Tortricidae are leaf rollers. I do not know if your caterpillar is in that family.
