Ozhigovo station, Naro-Fominsk district, Moscow region. Swept near a fallen birch together with Palloptera and Odinia ornata. Size 3 mm. I think it resembles an Odiniidae, too. One apical spur on t2 (as I see it at least), 5 dc, 1st and 2nd antennal segments reddish.

I think an agromyzid, possibly one of the cambium mining species.
