18.5.17 I founded this little (2 mm) Cecidomyiidi sitting on my bike's mudguard. Is it possible to see the genus?

It's impossible to identify even to genus. Jan Sevcik told me that Cecidomyiids are absolutely the most difficult family of Diptera (sorry wrong department) conserning taxonomy and identification of the adults.
