Found today in my garden. Mid Netherlands. No Muscidae or Anthomyiidae.........?

When you have something which looks like Anthomyiidae or Muscidae, it's allways good to check Angioneura ( Calliphoridae). I have no books here, so it's up to you to check it:)

Was it fresh ?
Acerba is usually found in autumn. Might be a hibernator ?
