I haven't heard of a checklist for Diptera from the Rep. of Georgia.

I don't know of any checklists for Lonchaeidae in Georgia or indeed in that region as a whole. Perhaps Bei Bienko's insects of the European USSR would be the nearest fit

Well, me neither. But I thought of checklists of some Palaearctic dipteras, where Rep.of Georgia could be mentioned.

I guess the best source then are most of the volumes of The Catalogue of Palaearctic Diptera. Georgia is mentioned using abbreviations TC (Ge) - Transcaucasus region, Georgia. A quick search in Vol. 12 gave Bellardia kisha and B.zaitzevi as a result, so there must me many more species to find in such a way ;)

Thank's a lot, Andrius! :) Unfortunately I was not able to find any free online versions of the series :| Especially interested in Assilidae and Tephritidae.
