Large Robber-fly? Hedgerow, Chalk Grassland, Wilts, England August 2016. Can you ID please.

Usually females of the Machimus/Tolmerus group are impossible to ID from a photo but, by default, the legs fit entirely Tolmerus atricapillus (kite tailed robberfly), in Britain there is no other species that looks like that. Also the mystax fits description.
