Looks like
Cylindromyia rubida to me, but I am not an expert, so it is better to wait for an expert's opinion!

C. rubida is present in Greece and Bulgaria (and elsewhere along the northern Mediterranean) so Turkey is not a surprising place to find it.

Yes, I saw that it was recorded from Greece. I agree that its presence in Turkey is very probable but is it officially not recorded from Turkey?

I can only add that I photographed it in Rhodes (Rhodos), which is about 18 km from the Turkish mainland.
